Job Description

As HR & Business Support Assistant 

As HR & Business Support Assistant you will be an integral member of the Corporate Services Team, ensuring that team members are supported, that the business runs efficiently, and that product gets to market

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

  • General HR Support including annual reviews, neurodiversity training and length of service, birthdays etc.
  • Telephones management and trouble shooting
  • Printer management and trouble shooting
  • Support on wider departmental projects
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • IT liaison with Openda and internal within Company
  • GDPR Compliance Officer
  • Other general support of the department, including Debt Management

Experience required

  • Good level of education
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Be a strong team player
  • Be organised with a methodical approach
  • Ability to work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.
  • Capable of working towards KPIs.
  • Always maintaining confidentiality and security.
