As an RF Embedded Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing next-generation technology in a rapidly growing industry, working on projects that power advanced telecom and satcom solutions.

Your Role at a Glance:

  • System Architecture & Requirements
    Define system-level and sub-system requirements, including link budgets, G/T, and EIRP calculations.
  • Component Qualification
    Specify and qualify critical RF system components, such as 4G/5G radios, LNAs, and BUCs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with antenna and mechanical engineering teams to develop embedded solutions for network acquisition, antenna control, and tracking.
  • Full Product Lifecycle
    Lead software development from requirements and architecture to integration, testing, debugging, and optimization.
  • Documentation & Support
    Create technical documents covering design, analysis, integration, and test plans. Provide engineering input for business development and customer proposals.
  • Customer Engagement
    Interpret and negotiate technical requirements, recommend solutions, and evaluate design trade-offs.
  • Project Management
    Manage schedules, resources, and risks to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

What You Bring:

  • Education
    PhD or BSc in Physics, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • RF Expertise
    Deep understanding of RF, antenna, and radio theory with proven experience in product design.
  • Embedded Development Skills
    Advanced C/C++ programming; additional scripting knowledge (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.
  • Hardware Experience
    Hands-on with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, PIC, AVR), DSPs, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet).
  • System Integration
    Familiarity with RTOS, multithreading, and debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • Wireless Knowledge
    Experience with telecom, satcom, tracking antennas, PCB schematics, and wireless protocols (Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-Fi).
