Join global satellite communications company as a Satellite Systems Engineer as part of a multinational R&D team leading the design of satellite communication terminals and translating product requirements into system and sub-system specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own system requirements and specifications.
- Lead system integration plans and execute integration activities.
- Conduct system reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR), risk mitigation, and design trade-offs.
- Define system architecture, interfaces, functionality, and features.
- Simulate system performance and functionalities.
- Collaborate with HW, SW, RF, antennas, DSP, and mechanics teams.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Commercial experience of system engineering experience in multi-disciplinary products, including RF and antennas.
- Strong understanding of Tx/Rx RF channels and DSP.
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB or Python.
- Lab experience at system, module, or component level.
- Knowledge and/or experience with
- Communication systems and algorithms.
- Chip design or mixed-signal SoC architecture.
- Full product life cycle from requirements to delivery.
- Ethernet network systems and software stack.
