Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Snr Electrical AIT Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) of advanced spacecraft payloads and satellite systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of AIT for spacecraft payloads.
  • Perform electrical integration of units under test (UUT) with test benches and EGSE.
  • Prepare, implement, and support EVT (environmental and verification testing) campaigns.
  • Write and execute test plans and procedures to verify technical requirements.
  • Carry out functional and performance testing.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts for UUT and EGSE control.
  • Produce detailed technical reports following test execution.
  • Maintain and validate electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).
  • Plan AIT schedules and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Experience:

  • MSc/BSc in  Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
  • Solid understanding of testing processes, cycles, and AIT methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Satellite AIT and test flow execution.
  • Proficiency with Linux-based systems (shell scripting and configuration).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications system engineering.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience contributing to ESA proposals (desirable).
