We’re looking for an experienced Snr Electrical AIT Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) of advanced spacecraft payloads and satellite systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of AIT for spacecraft payloads.
- Perform electrical integration of units under test (UUT) with test benches and EGSE.
- Prepare, implement, and support EVT (environmental and verification testing) campaigns.
- Write and execute test plans and procedures to verify technical requirements.
- Carry out functional and performance testing.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts for UUT and EGSE control.
- Produce detailed technical reports following test execution.
- Maintain and validate electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).
- Plan AIT schedules and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Experience:
- MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- Solid understanding of testing processes, cycles, and AIT methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Satellite AIT and test flow execution.
- Proficiency with Linux-based systems (shell scripting and configuration).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications system engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience contributing to ESA proposals (desirable).
