At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the consensus was that gender discrimination and harassment would reduce due to mainstream remote work measures.
But, was that true?
Scattered headlines testify to the successes of women in leadership positions over the past year – which is great – although is this initial impression of reduced workplace gender discrimination simply one of optimism? What role does remote working play in this?
